Here, using the visual language of cosmographical diagrams and encyclopaedic charts, I’m playing with a gentle derangement of our approach to knowledge.

These privately commissioned pieces are drawn from a small project I was working on, Cartographies of Doubt, questioning the perennial urge to reduce, divide and label. As if careful taxonomies might shield us from the discomfort of the unknown, or from the vastness of what lies beyond the edges of understanding.
